If the text of an SMS contains text and number characters from both the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets, the SMS is considered to have been sent in the Cyrillic alphabet.

TWO-Way

For some countries, it is possible to receive replies from recipients with the use of a Short Code (5 digit number). For the subscription, the SMS France with answer (two-way) has an additional cost of 0,03 € / SMS.

SMS Delivery Status

We provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt (AR) or a delivery report. The possible statuses of the AR are :

  • Delivered
  • Not issued
  • Expired
  • Transmitted
  • On hold
  • Blacklisted

The full AR status of any submission is available within a maximum of 48 hours after the campaign has been submitted.

OPT out automatically for some countries by adding ‘STOP to 30101’ (contact support for more information on countries).

  • Marketing – depends on the country (the customer is responsible for ensuring that the campaign complies with the law of the recipient’s country). In France, marketing mailings are recommended on working days between 8am and 8pm.

You can buy up to 12 at a time for a specific country.

In order to obtain a virtual number, you will be asked for information about your company and type of use, which will determine whether your application will be accepted by the virtual number providers.

Typology

This is a text-to-speech message which will be automatically converted by the system. It is not possible to pre-record a message. 1 Vocal SMS = 1000 characters / 30 seconds.

An SMS 2.0 is an SMS with a link to a website. We offer a landing page builder or URL shortener to track unique visits without complicated scripting.

The statistics we provide are :

  • of visits for the whole campaign.

File sharing (similar to MMS)

Typology

We allow you to share any type of file (maximum file size 10MB) via SMS thanks to an 8.push link created automatically when the file is imported into the campaign.

Terms of use

A file is automatically deleted every 2 weeks. If the file is an image, a preview can be displayed in the SMS (depending on the recipient’s mobile).

HLR and MNP are used to check the validity of your numbers. From an API request or a list of contacts.
