We’re looking for smart, customer service-focused people to help our customers with daily issues by answering questions about our services, features, and integrations. Moreover, you will review customer accounts to make sure they comply with our Anti-Spam Policy.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Handle inbound calls for customer support in French/Englis/Spanish. (around 25 calls a day) [’75/day]
  • Manage customer support french & english & spanish vía email & internal chat (around 15 tickets a day) [’60/day].
  • Monitor & control spam/phishing/new signups/new SMS Campaigns using our backend tool .[’45/day].
  • Improve our Knowledge Base generating content (adding questions&answers for example, creating quick guides and how-tos) in French & English. [’60/day].
  • Support other areas of the company such as Sales & Marketing.

Required qualifications

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish a real advantage).
  • Experience in Customer Support (non-exclusive)
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM EET [Time zone in Paris, France (GMT+2)].
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Interest in Internet and marketing.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with a wide variety of customers (with varying technical savviness).
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated attitude: you don’t need someone telling you what to do.
  • You are a master at multi-tasking.
  • You have the ability to make a personal connection and explore customer needs all while efficiently navigating resources to resolve inquiries quickly

You must be able to write about API, coding, PHP, java, node.js, all developers stuff.

What you’ll do

  • Produce high-quality documentation and educational materials to support our platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of platforms documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the platforms and the documentation requirements.
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
  • Write and send out Release Notes to clients.
  • Maintain a continuous connection with the Client Success team, including regular instructional sessions about upcoming features.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team and Marketing team to coordinate efforts and maintain a joint style guide.
  • Maintain proficiency regarding competing products and keep company employees updated with industry-related knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and support-related documentation;
  • Create and maintain the documentation structure and publishing process.
  • Develop interesting content targeted the “developer” community.

Position Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience producing compelling and clear technical documentation.
  • You have experience writing documentation that makes complex ideas, systems, concepts, and tasks accessible to a diverse audience.
  • You are capable of creating and proposing a content roadmap. You can execute it as well.
  • You feel comfortable conducting interviews with Product Managers and Solutions Engineers to understand content gaps and help them reach their goals.
  • You’ve got some experience with enterprise software and love learning about new things.
  • You pay attention to the details, and you have a meticulous eye for consistency and accuracy.
  • You appreciate being part of a fast-paced, continuously iterative environment.
  • You enjoy collaborating with peers across teams and departments.
  • Engineer background is a real plus

This is a fully remote and long term position. You can commit part-time or full-time.

You’re a writer who loves helping others how to understand complex technical solutions. You can tell very soon all the gaps we need to fill in our content and what other developers might need from our platform and integrations. You’ve been there before.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • +2yr experience in content marketing for B2B audience. (required)
  • Fluent in English and French (required)
  • Spanish is a big plus.
  • A proven SEO track record would be amazing — you should be able to provide examples of how you grew organic traffic
  • Work Is Remote but European timezone (GMT+1)
  • Preferred: be familiar with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and WordPress.


  • Handle a remote team of copywriters that will create content under your guidance.
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). 10 content pieces per month.
  • Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Improve on existing content for SEO growth.
  • Improve our website Copywriting and help us to shape our brand voice.
  • Handle content translations for Spanish & French.
  • Create pitch and email sequences for sales & marketing team.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, sales) and external experts to produce relevant content and develop partnerships.
  • Creating email campaigns targeted to users who sign up for gated content or opt-in to the mailing list
