How do I know if a virtual number service is right for me?

When testing your virtual number, any replies or spontaneous messages will trigger the Web Chat, and incoming messages will be received in a completely secure virtual space.

How to use the shared virtual number

Go to "Campaign Settings" and click on "SMS Reply Settings".

Define a keyword. This keyword must be six characters long and unique, as you must be the only one using it.

The keyword can be changed a maximum of ten times.

Once your keyword is saved, you can test the feature.

You will receive your test message from the shared virtual phone number.
